Welcome to Village Green Conveyancing

Message from Marina (Owner):

Buying a home is probably the largest investment you will make in your lifetime. We pride ourselves in treating your matter as though it were our own. We understand the stress involved in buying and selling property and are dedicated to making the transaction as smooth and as stress-free as possible for you.

We are a small business located in Penrith, however we undertake conveyancing work for properties anywhere in New South Wales and have considerable experience in dealing with regional and rural properties as well as metropolitan properties.  We can discuss contracts with you in person during office hours or by telephone conference at a time to suit you.

What is Conveyancing?

Conveyancing is the legal process of transferring property ownership from one party to another. In New South Wales, conveyancers must be legally qualified, licensed, have a minimum of two years experience in a legal practice and hold professional indemnity insurance.

Conveyancers are required to undertake professional education courses each year to keep their qualifications up to date and ensure that they are familiar with the changes in legislation.

Unlike solicitors, licensed conveyancers only practise conveyancing which makes us the conveyancing specialists in the legal field.

Our services

Buying

For most people, buying a property is a big decision and one of life’s more significant investments. Being fully aware of what is expected at each stage of the buying process is paramount to achieving a smooth transition into a new property.

Selling

Selling a property can be a time-consuming but rewarding process. In order to minimise the risks involved, we always recommend seeking the advice and services of a licensed conveyancer.
